Portion Control

What is a portion of whole wheat spaghetti? No circles on the box for me to gauge against. It's 1/7 of the box. Do you take it all out and put it in equal piles of 7? Do you count them and divide by 7? I eyed it and then said maybe it's a little more. So I took some out of my pile instead and put it back in the box. Yeah!
