Last week's warmer weather gave me an early start on the garden. Just cleaned up and out. Pulled a bag of chick weed, cut out some dead stuff and oh those Shoprite ads. I was tempted to cut back the roses but I knew better. Today I looked around and I see some Daffodil leaves starting to poke through the soil. The Staten Island Zoo Groundhog might be right. It feels great to work outside again.
